This announcement has provided some more data for my excel spreadsheet and confirmed some previous assumptions thus improving my confidence intervals.
Very conservative figures give a current fair value of $3.01 now and and 3.85 in six months. This in on a P/E of just 10 and presuming they miss guidance on almost everything.
figures in line with guidance five a current valuation of $3.98 now and $10.5 in six months. Forward P/E of 13.
In 3 year my base case is $14.50.
This is not a prediction of where the share price will be because the market is not as rational as excel, just a method by which i would rate it a buy, hold or sell, based on current data.
Strong buy.
