I think management should have learnt from past lessons, built factory in China, sold 50% to GMM then bought back at 10 times within a year. Investing another high cost producer and LPD, might not be as good as it looks.
It might be good opportunities to do script to script takeover for some quality deposit(s), instead of spending money, imo.
