    I have actually been to the galaxy site without realising it a fair while ago I think . Bad weather is not as much a hold up as you are thinking on projects . Late delivery/missing crucial components that have been overlooked and scheduling multiple trade tasks in a confined area are the usual hold ups to completion. Then any faults found during commissioning. The bad weather is always a convenient excuse for incompetence if it is the case. Never the less the upgrade is moving ahead.
