I can't comment too much in regard to the reasons for these hold ups on projects, as I've never worked on a mining/ construction site. However, with a very human work force involved, and OH and S regulations, delays of various sorts are bound to happen.We can only go on the information that we have been given in the update, and Rlith has written a post about what it is like to work in seasonal weather as a general contractor. When you speak about incompetence, what was the previous project management team like? We are speculating here at best! Great to hear that the upgrade is progressing.
