Agreed, he did say company tax, Which there IS a flat tax rate for in Australia.
You can do this by either setting up a company ABN I assume and trading under that or the way I like to do it is to have a trust and registering a business in the trust. Not quite sure if these are one and the same, all I've been doing is looking at trust structures in the last year.
