I tend to agree with treefeed.
The management need to improve and do better.
It would appear that a specialised contractor was engaged in the hurry to achieve the December date, otherwise more delay.
What went wrong ??
The delay (known to some for months) could be the reason behind the depressed share price for the last few weeks that we blamed the down rampers.
DELIVER what you promise is the name of the game.
