Your perspective doesn't consider big picture of the entire lithium industry and only singles out Galaxy for being 3 months late in production delay. If you look at any majors and even Orocobre, you will see that production delays and increased capital costs are always longer and higher than initially anticipated. 3 months is minimal considering that Orocobre took 5 years and still hasn't reached nameplate production at their Jujuy mine. Galaxy might be delayed now, but management and their customers aren't worried and aren't leaving the table. In fact, they are negotiating for more supply from Galaxy after two of their Chinese customers have visited the mine in Aug.
So yeah if they need to take a bit more time to (i.e. 3-6 months) solidify their mine and provide quality Lithium than that it is acceptable considering that we are going to be the one of the only new producers in the coming year.
