Just to clarify, the bidders statement says: "....Mr Michael Fotios, being the only Director who holds or controls General Mining Shares, intends to accept the Takeover Offer on a date that is not earlier than 21 days after the Takeover Offer opens...."
That means the change in substantial shareholder notices issued by GXY WILL NOT INCLUDE these numbers until he actually formally accepts the offer.
I reckon the count is still light as we still have time to go before he formal can accept the offer. He also wouldn't want to confirm his acceptance whilst there is a possibility of a superior offer coming in.
No need to worry about the numbers!!
