What to say?
Today, Nick Rowley reached out to me...
It wasn't a heated discussion, it was just two friends talking about their concerns and thoughts.
I've known Nick for some time, there is a bit of history between us,. He knows the value that I see in company and just want that shared with the market....
Sometimes I have my moments..
Anyone tracking me on a calendar?
I honestly wish I had a better grasp of the vernacular but I didn't finish school due to family responsibilities. - I've always wanted to help other's... and sometimes in the process I just express myself in writing entirely different to how I am in person. I guess you could say that I am two entirely different people, some might say possibly more and I have my faults... That's why I ask people not to look at me in the same light as the true experts... I just used renewables, lithium and more directly Galaxy as something different to focus on after losing my partner.. I guess you could say that it became my escape from what was a very harsh reality.
I am not the kind of person that would actively go out to hurt others, it just so happens that whilst expressing frustration that I do and that's something I recognize that I need to work on. I've been told that I wear my heart on my sleeve sometimes too much.
This post is not something I was told to write as a way of mending a bridge with the company. I just felt it was worthwhile sharing so that people can understand where I might be coming from now and then.
So I somewhat started this post by mentioning that Nick reached out to me.. and it was more to find out if I was doing ok...
The conversation started somewhere along the lines of Nick exclaiming "I don't know if I should be talking with you!" which immediately caused us both to laugh. - I should have replied "I love when my employees call" but I missed that opportunity.
We spoke about the various goings on in the world of lithium and of course of the company.
Today's announcement is evidence that the company is going very well.
I expressed my hope for a more sustained news flow that indicates the stages of where we are headed allowing the market to have a bit more of a clearer understanding of the business.
To be completely honest, I think that Nick and I see things fairly similar when it comes to the fundamentals of the business. He of course knows a hell of a lot more than I do about where it's at, but when we list together the great things going on for the company it's difficult not to become excited again.
- Mt Cattlin We have a producing mine that is increasing its production rate every day whilst reducing costs. @M92 has pointed out the production rate is up around 23% which will result in us being capable of generating more revenue rapidly. Anthony Tse did mention at the AGM they were aiming for more regular shipping to be able to give the confidence to the customers and it is happening.
- James Bay is being drilled out and is being identified as a monster resource that has lithium grades 3 to 4 times that of Mt Cattlin. - Enough said... But I did ask if we could possibly have a graphical time line presented providing indicative steps along the way. Maybe it will eventuate...
- Sal De Vida still has discussion/negotiation going on but it is currently under construction, so it isn't like its sitting there waiting for something to happen in the meantime. - We even saw that video on YouTube, maybe there will be more.
So I guess in this post you all know a little bit more about me... but there is one other that I need to clarify which Nick and I were laughing about when we spoke...
Can people stop calling Galaxy and asking to speak with me.... I don't work there! - lol
I've even been told that people dob on me to the management when I do something that they might not approve of... If you are one of those people I also shop at Woolworths, so maybe you can send your complaints about me there also? - Very funny! lol
So... I can confirm that I am not sitting in the corner of the office tapping up Hot Copper posts that sometimes criticize various aspects of the company and hitting the tweets for a bit of variety whilst giving
@airconditioner high fives in the cubical next to me.
Maybe knowing a little more about me you might understand when I say... if you see me up, I am not shilling for people to buy the stock.. I am genuinely excited...
And if you see me down pick me up... I am not trying to get anyone to sell.. The past few days will show how terrible I would be at that.
But also, if I offend you, I don't mean it at all. It's just how I am feeling at that particular time and I just cannot help it.
Surprised no one has posted this one over the past few days.... I think it is on repeat in company office.
