I had a look at QML's mine lease application today, and I must say, it’s pretty impressive. The application covers over 500 hectares and I think Qmines owns a significant portion of the land within this lease, which should minimise the chances of objections.
The lease size indicates the potential for a long mine life, which is promising for the local economy and job creation. With the Queensland Government's policy on "new life from old mines," I’m optimistic that this application will move through the approval process swiftly.
Qmines has shown a strong commitment to sustainable and responsible mining, and this project seems to be another step in the right direction. I'm looking forward to seeing how this develops!
