    From my point of view the NPV discount factor of 8% is too low to be realistic in real life. I would consider something like 15% as reasonable.

    If the NPV at the end would be reduced to $200m, this is still far away from the current market cap of ca. $13m!
    Seems quite undervalued at the current price level ...
