Empire shares have sunk like a lead balloon and shareholders spitting chips over PGM's legal action. Wonder how this debacle has got to this stage. You would have thought ARV would have offered MM back to PGM for the right price in the first place. Now with metal prices increasing, MM is a real proposition. PGM's feeling seller's remorse at this late stage. Not a lot of joy for EEE shareholders.
