A retrace is common with stocks that have a 'blister'ing (sorry mate hah hah) short-term run. There's a chance the SP will dip lower for a short while. That's just a theory, and if you're concerned with that, re-visit your FA and/or TA and form your view.
I was expecting a retrace last week, to a lower SP than close today.
Here's a chart. It's not gospel, but it might give you some extra intel on re-entry points if that's where you're at. The shaded rectangle is a possible short-term retrace range. On top of that, the arrow is a gap that might be filled in a big sell off, if it goes on from that retrace. All of this, in my view, would happen over a short period of time (barring the market shitting itself), after which I'm confident of a significant push upwards.
