Without sounding condescending you asked some very good questions. The responses however are mixed bag of tripe.

I think its clear to all on these threads that there are 2 camps

1) Those that believe that & part time board and fish out of water CEO are doing a terrific job.

2) Those that believe that the CEO is out of his depth.

We all agree the assets are terrific.

DGR global don't care how the CEO performs, they still keep getting paid each year via shares.
Go back and review the Performance criteria for wage reviews of the CEO. He gets a bonus at $100M MC. I think he will miss that one.
