No one wants anyone to take a loss, particularly large. I put money into a company that the directors destroyed, then left. It is still dragging on. Thankfully I only put in 24 grand which will give me a tax write off when it finally dies. If you truly hold the number of shares stated then you can just about write off the tax gain with that loss if you hold here long enough. Not all management is like that.
