Work at Granville has been reliant on ground conditions and needed final approval before work commencement to meet those conditions, hence the site visit by the regulator to give the final ok. That visit included management and the contractor, so what more could they do? And what other projects can they get operational to raise cash? Are you aware that this management aquired Granville to fund the development of other tenements in the first place?
