MT EDWARDS LITHIUM ROYALTY DISPUTE – PROCEEDINGS COMMENCED

Estrella Resources Limited (ASX: “ESR” or the “Company”) advises that it has commenced legal proceedings in the Supreme Court of Western Australia against WIN Metals Limited (ASX: WIN)

(“WIN”) and Mt Edwards Critical Minerals Pty Ltd (“MECM”), a wholly owned subsidiary of WIN Metals Limited, Auric Mining Limited(ASX:AWJ) (“AWJ”) and Widgie Gold Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of AWJ; and Neometals Ltd (ASX:NMT).

The proceedings relate to ESR’s entitlement to receive a royalty in respect of lithium-bearing ore extracted from Mining LeaseM15/87, including alleged breaches of the Mt Edwards Royalty Deed dated 24 April 20181.

The Board of ESR remains committed to protecting the Company’s legal rights and interests in the Mt Edwards Lithium Royalty and will be providing further updates if and as material developments occur as the matter progresses in accordance with the ASX Listing Rules and the Company’s continuous disclosure obligations.

Shareholders are advised that the Company does not expect this action to impact its current operations.
