if NMT follow similar share distributions to other companies then my expectation on this is
free shares-you will get an allowance according to your holding in NMT and should then have those credited to your Chess account.

additional entitlement to buy more-you will also get an application form with a unique ID which you can use to buy your 20c allocation in Widgie- if you want them. Usually you just pay the share cost to a given bank account with your form ID as a reference and do not need to send the form in/ or if by post fill in the form and send with money.

any other Widgie shares need to be bought on market.

if you have set communications (on the share registry) to electronic your form will come via email, otherwise it will be by post
