    You just might be able to get the shares anyhow. In the Pilbara raise this January the prospectus said the same. (only AUS or NZ residents) A friend in Germany got them without problems. He also holds NMT (I recommended him both), so we shall se how that goes.

    I reside neither down under nor in Germany. My bank said no to the Pilabara raise... I insisted and got them in the end.

    Keep us updated when it the process starts.
