Such companies not only waste your investment money, but also your time, your life I think I have done the right thing to have cut the cord and rolled away from this one @ 22 cents.

Probably the board's strategy is sitting through ming cycle and hope for some big fish to acquire their resources. But with years of inactivity, will the government take back the land lease? And by that time, people buying for the cash probably will see the money have all been expended.
