Honestly as there has only been about 250,00 shares traded for the day which is a reasonably low for a WIN daily volume average, I'd say a few people liked the announcement and thats all its taken as we are now down in the .5 cents at a time range.... and we know we have reasonably low shares on issue at the moment so doesn't take much to move the needle either way.
If we were still in the 20 cent range it might be more like 2-3% move for the day type thing... Its actually already come back to .10 and 10% for the day unfortunately.
Id love to be wrong but that's my guess mal.
