wiz8, a merger is about the companies not the resources plenty of com have multiple res in different places even diff countries ? rio,bhp, ect ect and are very sucessful.there wpould be savings and synergies daryl is a director on both boards and an indonesion iron ore producers and paul lolyd of bcn is an accountant,daryl is a mining plant designer and constructor.if the 2 companies merged it would increase their mk to about 24mil and both have good outlooks as far as their current resources are concerned so it is a kind of hedging your bets and creating a bigger company overall and that must be good, cheers.
