I expect that it would have been a contract condition that the other party to the contract was to provide a statement of 'Commercial Production' being achieved to MLX in Jan18 - that would make it an open and shut case if MLX holds this statement - it doesn't matter how many corporate owners the mine has had since as the liability always stays with the mine - so if we don't get the $10mil then we'd get the mine back at a minimum.
