Lol -- fanfares and whistles have been in very short supply amongst the cat calls, gnashing of teeth and outright derision. And along the way as you say the boxes have been ticked ( all in past announcements). Until we see finality on the next couple of issues shortly to be announced this may still lag but a signifiant re rate is due, we are indeed getting to the pointy end. Go the ARS
