I wonder if this announcement represents the long awaited, much anticipated revised JV deal to be made between STO and CTP. Should this be the case and personally viewed as being a real fizzer, CTP may now be placed in a real precarious position as it needs to find AU$20 million soooon.

Once gain we have Helium discovered at 10%, but unable to commercialize due to the original bean counter deal made with Santos. Once again we have an oil field not being developed because we have no money because of the revised Total Joint venture additional expenditures.

Is a massive Capital Raising coming? In the mean time the share price at a staggering low AU$0.07 region.
