The Thor CHN J/V deal has been done and agreed to. Why try to rehash it...unless timeframes are not met.
Yes the money is to be spent on EXPLORATION, nothing else. Therefore, progress has to be made towards defining the resource initially. Whether any new deals can be struck within this timeframe remains open, eg. CHN wanting increase it's stake. If timelines are met up to 70% ownership, then they are definitely in the drivers seat to dominate the future. Time will tell...(TWT). For VMS to keep 30% + royalties is attractive at least....if it is comparable to Julimar.
