I don't know how the shipping works and how long it takes to order a ship. I also don't know if the company will receive approval with no/short or medium term notice about receiving approval to use the road.

No point booking a ship until they know they have the required approvals. If they receive the approvals on short notice they would then have to book a ship.

Lots of variables to consider. I think the closer we get to Christmas the less chance there is of getting that first shipment out and I think that may weaken the share price leading into the new year. Good if you want to scoop up some more cheapies!
