I agree. 20 - 30 million debt facility to get the ball rolling. If they have an actual real plan and stick to it that would work. Look at SYA, RNU and others, they have billions of SOI and have raised 10's of million of $$$$$$ and investors are happy BECAUSE THEY HAVE A PLAN.
