I blieve that they would not write about a 2 Mtpa plant, if it's not already quite sure that they plan to take this path.
I would consider "valuate" in the announcement just as a cautious wording.
Double the size should not bring double the cash flow per year, but significantly more because of economies of scale.
The company then also becomes a more attractive partner for offtakers.
