At RXL's youanmi pit they are looking to use the Albion process , that to me means the ore is refractory , (to some extent) most ore in WA is sulphide (ie Penny) under around 70 meters depth but that does not mean it is refractory IMHO .
Could be other issues with Penny but can not be too many as assuming it is processed at RMS's Checkers plant which from memory does not have any fancy methods of processing outside of CIL , but welcome to be proven wrong .
