that's true .....and particularly , what the directors want I may be wrong but I doubt RMS will go hostile on anything , they'll want a merger not a takeover .
I have no issues with SPR choosing not to , but every company RMS has taken over so far and I think all but one board endorsed , we've had posters here saying they didn't want it .......these posters were making emotive decisions whereas the boards and the large holders were more hard headed , better indformed and thought differently and in each case 90% was attained .
May or may not be the case here , and as i say , if SPR board don't want it ........fine with me ......though (perhaps) not about whether or not , but about HOW MUCH !
