@BullishBearishIts just bad timing with the release of the report and the impact of general market sentiment. Difficult to know the actual immediate reaction.
Penny Ore will be replaced with other high grade ore to keep the head grade up. From RMS existing sources and future bolt on aquisitions. Although definately not that many options which will match Penny ore, however the expanded capacity coupd address that factor.
It is a big spend, overall, however at least we have the cash, cashflow and balance sheet to accomodate.
I have a feeling RMS have put it out amongst other things to attract corporate interest and a possible future merge with Spartan.
