Interesting, but they do appear to have their own source of high grade lithium ore from their own mine not sure why they would bid for NMT's unless to shut down competition but you need buy the world to do that.
I much prefer NMT don't sell and go along the vertical integration route creating a lithium tech company that could be valued at 40x P/E which would drive serious value rather than sell this income now for only 8 or 10 times.
