if they paid 1c divi by year end, people should just sell out, as it means the company doesn't know what to do with the money and prefer to pass on the cash to sh. No further growth. Yes they have many projects, but all on paper, no implementation = worthless to sh and no growth in sp.

IMO, the share split is to force the market to value Barambie, which at the moment = $0.

there is no guarantee that the market will catch on when the share split happens. the newco could also be $0 knowing the management is not able to follow through on projects. Unless there is a TO, it's a different ball game. IMO.
