Complete lack of experience in going from an explorer to producer. Its easy to say in hindsight, but this will burn their careers. I wonder if they bumped the numbers in order to engage a suitor who never came. I wonder if the lawyers are smelling class action. I think the directors who signed off on announcements may be nervous too.
