Well the stock is down roughly 80% using $2.5 as the fall-point. If emotions were a good indicator as to whether or not the stock is oversold, then yes the stock is oversold based on this news. Personally, assuming the figures in the release arn't pulled out of their ass, I don't believe the stock warrants such a discount. But who knows, we need to be able to trust management.
