Agreed, a little confusing as it reads at first glance CR! But, the bond was always going to have to be paid anyway, they are just indicating early on that they are going to fill the coffers up with coin that gets used so that the loan facility is still optimum rather than stretched, I guess that way if recoveries are no good etc then they don't have to come up with gold they haven't got...
