Does anyone think that the company should have provided more advice to the market regarding discussions with the Mill owners? In May they made an announcement which essentially said everything was on track, then there is a gap for nearly 3 months before advising the market that actually, no, the agreement is off. I might see whether the ASX wants to make further enquiries with the company as to whether it is in compliance with disclosure requirements.
