I couldn't believe the registry either! Each week i read through AHK's anns on their website just to confirm to my self "48Mil Fully Diluted Registry" with "Undilutive Futures" & focus on immediate return of "Dividends to Shareholders".
Based on the structure of this company it reminds me of one of those extremely successful private companies who's sole purpose is to distribute profits through franked dividends and whose share are never sold because of constant streaming of year on year wealth.
I suspect Management who holding large portion of registry will seek to distribute long awaited divs for years of being in the wait for this opportunity to come to plan. Most exciting stock currently held in my portfolio at moment!!!
