Note in the announcement
"approval will be given, subject to AHK providing financial security (check) and complying with certain conditions as set out in the DME letter."
Doesn't sound like much to me, write a few things down say yes sir we will do that and fire up the diggers... or am I being to optimistic?
You would think if it was at risk of being called off or a major re-submission of the MMP then the tone of the announcement would be no-where near as positive as what it comes across as.
