Dont raise rates stock market rallies, gold rallies growth continues.
Fed loses credibilty.

The sell downs in gold have been systemstic, always occuring between 4-6am and then a mid sized dump before open.

This tells me a large holder is exiting, and spreading the sell order over a period of days to do so, the only problem is the amount being dumped at once is phenominal.. im talking you need to be a country to carry that kind of weight.

So what country? Why the sudden urgency to exit a strong bull run??

This question is easily answeard with one simple rule. Gold is an indicator for the economy, for the faith people place in the fed.
Meaning a bet on gold is a bet against the fed. The higher gold the more apperant the feds failures are to the nation and most certainly other global powers.

A stronger gold price is broadcasting uncertainty in the market,

Yes. She has to they promised 5 this year i believe.

What this means for the us is its debt repayments go up,housing becomes even more unaffordible, growth will slow/stop.

Oil will plunge, the market will take a very big deep breath.

You have to remeber now, this low intrest enviroment has allowed companies like apple, microsoft, ibm etc to preform large scale share buy backs in an order to tighten the register, effectivley repurchasing their own equity in low intrest credit on the proviso this low intrest enviroment will continue for years to come, so as to maintain current consumption..

Higher intrest less expandable capitol in the matket = less consumption = less production = defaults.

The inverse is true for a lower rate enviroment.

If rates raise exit iron,copper,oil anything growth or energy related.

The mother of all catastrophies is afoot.
