The ann shows that things aren't quite there yet, there's still one minor detail to get sorted before they can get started.

I'd note that the DME wants some additional info by 19/9. Of course AHK could supply that earlier than the due date. But the question is, will there be another bureaucratic turnaround or will complete approval be given quickly.

Not complaining, progress is progress, but maybe the SP hasn't taken off because the trucks aren't moving yet.

However, for below-the-radar companies like AHK, it often takes a day or two for anns to get picked up, so I wouldn't judge the lack of enthusiasm just yet.
