That's not necessarily true, if we rise too rapidly we can definitely fall back down harder and within arms reach of where we are now. I agree it won't be 8-9c but if we shot to say 30c (just an example) then I think we'd come smashing down to 13c over a week or two.
You're right someone keeps buying the total amounts of offer at each level in halfs.
