Cat 793. The largest going around payload capacity aprox 220t. Best start with Cat 777 or Komatsu 785's payload 90t. But yes i catch your drift. However most likely imo to be U/G project down that deep with narrow veins. Small U/G Toro trucks, payload 30-40t. Either way still awesome. If so be it.
