I think RED will be looking at us as a tasty morsel but know it is too early to try a TO. Holders wont allow it before a more definitive look at our REE and CM potential. and ibdont think it will ever be a cash offer but a share distribution. Who wouldnt want to be part of RED with the resourses to prove up a masive world class REE deposit? But not til we exteact some fair value first.
However, in the meantime it is good business for RED to support ASR and one way at no cost to them is to produce some gold from our dirt. A pit study could lead to a quick offtake and lead to finance access for ASR.
In this market gloom and the fact we have missed heaps of deadlines the only reason we are not gettting more hammered i reckon is based on our REE potential or the fact that our MRE is bigger than we think.
Having said all this, i cannot see why MRE update announcement couldnt have come out 2 weeks ago. Whats in it that was unknown 2 weeeks ago?
