What mistake? The way I see it it would be the ASX who held up the trading not the company. The investment is a weird one for an exploration company but could prove very beneficial to TNR shareholders.
I don't get the issue with a Cayman Islands registered company, happens all the time.
Surely the exit strategy is to sell the tokens at some point. Normally there would be some sort of voluntary escrow period. It would be nice for the company to advise the details here.
Tarmoola debt, yes. So what? looks to be a profitable business with very good strategic value.
Company debt? wrong. Show us evidence. From what I can see there is only the Tarmoola debt.
Resource. 130,000oz is just the start. To be upgraded in the next month.
Funding? of course shareholders (apart from Tarmoola), that is no different for any exploration company.
