I think the company owes us an explanation on the position of Jason Livingstone, especially as he was paid so highly.
Earlier in the year he was signing off on the announcements as the "Competent Person" and then Stephen Guy (listed as an employee of MCT) began signing them off, then Leo Horn (listed as a consultant to MCT) signed and now we are back to Stephen Guy signing them off again.
We know Livingstone has taken role as MD of another company but silence from our board on what's going on. Not good enough.
