Problem is this is a clear pivot and money sink. MCT has burnt millions $$$ searching for gold burned it's bridges with nme and crashed it's share price to the state where it's trading at .2c. MCT has no option but to try and buy some other tenement and create fomo so it can raise into it otherwise the next raise will be at .1c or not at all.
Most juniors are taking 50% discounts to raise money in current climate.
Total mess I mentioned this months ago but the risk here is both parties walk way with nothing and some new party swoops in and buys the tenements.
