Not really no, only Zimbabwe produces with 900 MT which is miniscule in comparison to the Australian 14 300 MT, Chilean 12 000 MT, Argentinian 5 700 MT.
Cobalt on the other hand, DRC with 66 000 MT dwarfs Australia with only 5 100 MT which is only mined as a by-product of copper and nickel mining, while the minerals in DRC have a far higher quality grade and a far lower cost of labour.
