My thought from my post was that the BAR MC of $48m less $15m for "other assets" gave Mt Thirsty a MC of $33m per 50%, so $66m in total.
CNJ on that basis is undervalued,

I was heavier BAR than CNJ, but based on above choose CNJ when putting more $$ into Mt Thirsty

While the CNJ has been a "few cents" behind BAR for the last few months, you have to remember BAR have about 40% more shares, so CNJ should be increasing and taking over the BAR SP. because of fewer shares
The asset value is increasing, CNJ have fewer SH to "share it between
